Service Delivery Policy

How DCHosting activates and delivers managed technology services.

Digital and Remote Delivery

DCHosting services are delivered digitally and remotely. No physical shipment is required unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise.

When Service Begins

Service onboarding begins after payment is received and DCHosting has the information reasonably required to perform the selected service. This may include application details, configuration information, access credentials, technical contacts or other onboarding information requested through the client portal or support desk.

Activation and Onboarding

Some services can begin immediately after onboarding information is complete. Other services may require review, configuration, migration or coordination with a third-party provider. Where a specific activation or project timeline applies, it will be communicated in the order, quote, invoice, support ticket or onboarding correspondence.

Ongoing Managed Services

After activation, ongoing services are provided for the applicable paid service term. Clients can access invoices, service information and support through their DCHosting client account.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information and timely access when required. Delays in providing required information, approvals or third-party access may delay activation or completion of the affected service.

Questions About Delivery

If you have questions about the status or delivery of an order, use the Contact Us form or the client portal and include the relevant invoice or order number.
